- For orders out of Dhaka, customers need to send the delivery charge in advance.
💰 Refund and Cancellation Policies:
- We do not have any refund or return policies unless the product is Defective.
- Defective products are eligible for a 100% refund within 24 hours.
- Booked orders cannot be canceled, and returns are not accepted for Booked orders. Please confirm your size before ordering, as objections after delivery will not be accepted.
💳 Payment and Security:
We accept payments through bKash or Nagad, and bank transfers; ensuring the security of your financial information. The provided address and contact number are used for transaction verification and delivery purposes.
🚚 Delivery Terms:
Delivery within Dhaka incurs a 100 Taka charge, while outside Dhaka is subject to a 150 Taka fee. Urgent delivery carries a 120 Taka charge. For orders out of Dhaka, customers need to send the delivery charge in advance. International delivery is available with applicable charges.
👗 Quality Assurance During Delivery:
Inspect your dress in the presence of the delivery personnel. Claims regarding the dress will not be entertained after the delivery is completed.
🌈 Color Discrepancy Notice:
Please be aware that the colors of catalog dress pictures and real products may vary due to camera light. No returns or exchanges will be accepted based on these differences.
✈ Outside Bangladesh Delivery:
We offer international delivery with associated charges.
